Return and Refund Policy for Montage Cable TV
You may cancel your subscription with us after 48 hours of payment of the monthly subscriptions, if the service is not up and running due to technical fault from us.  To cancel the subscription, we must be notified by email at cancelsubscription@montagecabletv.com. The full name of the subscriber, registered telephone number, smartcard number, time of payment, and mode of payment should be stated in the email.
 
The subscription cannot be cancelled if the service is running at the time of cancellation.
 
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your subscription, any sum debited to us from your bank will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
 
Delivery Policy
Only subscription payments are allowed to be paid for through our website, as such we do not deliver any product. Please visit any of our dealers to buy our starter pack. Our subscription is basically delivered to your decoder over the air, and so there is no need for physical delivery.
 
Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our business we do not allow cancellation of active subscriptions. Once payment has been made for subscription, and the subscription activated, we consider this transaction complete, and once the transaction is completed the subscription cannot be cancelled.
